He was timely and held to the contract with an unsuspecting perk- a new railing was ordered and purchased by Jim and professionally installed by a railing company when the old railing did not fit. I highly recommend the workmanship of the Ascot crew and the honesty and integrity of its owner, Jim. Five Plus Stars!!

And the final result was even better than we had expected. The team was a hard working team who came every day from early in the morning until later afternoon to get the job done. Besides working hard the team definitely had fun on the job as well. Jim is a great person to work with, very personal, provided daily updates on progress and also detailed information what the job entailed and why certain things needed to be done. Really helpful and insightful. We definitely recommend Jim and his team. They really have done a great job for us.
